"APPOINT a sole arbitrator to resolve the disputes and differences amongst the parties in terms of Clause 16 of the Partnership Agreement dated 07.11.2020 vide Annexure-E executed between the Petitioner and the Respondent. b. GRANT such other order/s that this Hon'ble Court may deem fit on the facts and in the circumstances of the case, in the interest of justice and equity." 2. Both the learned counsels submit that the relationship between the parties is governed by an arbitration clause and, as such, request this Court to appoint an Arbitrator to adjudicate the disputes between the parties. 3. Registry is directed to forward a copy of this order to the Director, Arbitration & Conciliation Centre for doing the needful. iv. Since the order is passed in the presence of both the counsels, the counsels are directed to appear before the Director, Arbitration & Conciliation Centre without requirement of any notice at 1.30 p.m. on 03.11.2025.
