The grievance of the petitioner is against the respondents for not sanctioning the amounts in respect of pending bills for an amount of Rs.46,22,248/-, due to the petitioner on account of diet supplied by the petitioner to the in-patients, doctors etc., of the Government General Hospital, Kurnool. 3. Considered the submissions. 4. Having regard to the contentions advanced, the writ petition is disposed of directing the respondents to verify and pass appropriate orders on the pending bills of the petitioner within a period of eight (8) weeks from the date of receipt of the order. There shall be no order as to costs.
