Petitioner has moved representation on 14.08.2025 against his change of place of posting but till date, the said representation has not been considered, and his place of posting has not been changed. Therefore, the authorities may be directed to take decision on the pending representation Annexure P5, dated 14.08.2025. 2. On the other hand, learned State counsel would submit that they have no objection if such a direction is made to the respondent authority concerned to decide the pending representation of the petitioner, in accordance with law. 3. Considering the limited prayer of the petitioner, this petition stands disposed of directing respondents-3 and 4 to take a decision on the pending representation dated 14.08.2025, within 60 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order, in accordance with law, and applicable rules and Circulars, governing the field, on its own merits. 4.
