This application has been filed for regular bail to the petitioner in connection with FIR No.RC0242025A0009 [9(A)/2025(R)] for the offence under sections 61(2) of BNS, 2023 and sections 7,11,12, 8, 7A of Prevention of Corruption Act, pending in court of learned ACJ XVIII-cum-Spl.Judge, CBI, Ranchi. 3. Learned counsel for petitioner submits that the petitioner happened to be security officer working in C.C.L. and the allegations are made that the petitioner has facilitated for coal lifting. He then submits that one of the coal-lifter has been granted regular bail in B.A. No.10143 of 2025. He also submits that the petitioner is in jail custody since 08.09.2025. He further submits that the charge sheet has been submitted. On instruction, he submits that the petitioner will not influence any of the witnesses if he is granted regular bail. 4. Learned counsel for the respondent CBI opposed the prayer and submits that allegations are there against the petitioners of facilitating the coal-lifters to load the coal. 5. Considering that the petitioner is security officer posted in CCL and the allegations are made that the petitioner has facilitated for coal lifters to lift the coal and one of the coal lifter has been granted regular bail as aforesaid and the petitioner is in custody since 8.9.2025 and the learned counsel on instruction undertakes that if regular bail is granted to 2 B.A. No.10406 of 2025 the petitioner, the petitioner will not influence any of the witnesses, I am inclined to grant regular bail to the petitioner. 6. Accordingly, petitioner, above named, is hereby directed to be released on bail, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand), with two sureties of like amount each, to satisfaction of learned ACJ XVIII-cum-Spl.Judge, CBI, Ranchi, in connection with FIR No.RC0242025A0009 [9(A)/2025(R)].
