The prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner was earlier rejected in A.B.A. No. 4559 of 2023. It has been submitted that subsequently one of the co- accused similarly situated to that of the petitioner has been granted anticipatory bail by this Court in A.B.A. No. 4949 of 2024. Mrs. Nehala Sharmin, learned Spl. P.P. has opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner. Regard being had to the fact that one of the co-accused similarly situated has subsequently been granted bail by a Co- ordinate Bench of this Court, the petitioner, accordingly, is directed to surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks and on his surrender, he shall be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Giridih in connection with Jamua P.S. Case No. 354/2022, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 482(2) of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023. This application stands allowed. (Rongon Mukhopadhyay, J.) Preet/-
