Petitioner has been made accused in connection with Dandai P.S. Case No. 86 of 2025, for the offences registered under Sections 25(1-B)(a), 26 of the Arms Act, pending in the court of Sri M. Pandit, learned Judicial Magistrate, First Class, Garhwa. 3. On 31.08.2025 at about 1:30 P.M., Dandai police apprehended this petitioner and co-accused from Tasrar More, Dandai. On search, one country made pistol was recovered from the possession of this petitioner. 4. It was submitted that the petitioner is in custody since 01.09.2025. It was further submitted that charge-sheet has been submitted in this case and the offence, as alleged, is triable by a learned Judicial Magistrate. 5. In view of the aforesaid facts, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of Sri M.
