Learned State counsel refers to statement by way of affidavit of Chairman, Depart Committee(P), dated 15.11.2002, wherein it has been stated that in terms of Rule 6 of the Punjab State Education Class Service Rules, 1997, dated 11.06.1998, Annexure R males were to be selected in the ratio of 50:50 candidates cannot be compared with that of male.
