The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Domchanch P.S. Case No. 39 of 2023, for the offence under Section 379 of the Indian Penal Code, pending in the court of Miss Shivangi Priya, learned JMFC, Koderma. During the intervening period of 15/16.04.2023, motorcycle of the brother of the informant parked outside their house, was stolen by unknown persons. It was submitted that nothing incriminating has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. It was further submitted that the name of the petitioner has come in the confession of co-accused. In view of the submission made above, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of Miss Shivangi Priya, learned JMFC, Koderma, or her successor, in connection with Domchanch P.S.
