The present petition has been filed by the petitioner with following prayer: “It is therefore prayed that this Hon’ble Court may be pleased to exercise its inherent jurisdiction under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. and in exercise thereof admit the petition and after hearing the parties in the matter, be pleased to allow the application filed under Section 156 (3) CrPC and direct the respondent State authorities/Police authorities to submit the supplementary charge sheet as intended by them vide letter dated 23.09.2017 or submit the report in respect of investigation made by them against the respondents for further orders and/or pass such other orders in favour of the applicant as this Hon’ble Court may deem fit in the facts and circumstances of the case. ” 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the trial has been completed in the present case, therefore, the present petition has become infructuous. 4.
