This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for:
“….Pleased to issue an appropriate writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of writ of mandamus declaring the action of the respondents 2 to 5 in not taking any action against the 6th Respondent and their henchmen who are interfering with the personal life and liberty of the petitioners and their family members and also not providing protection in spite of the petitioner's personal approaches and written complaint dated 27- 04-2023 through registered post is illegal, arbitrary, unconstitutional and violative of article 14 and 21 of The Constitution of India and as per the procedure and procedure contemplated under the code of criminal procedure and consequently direct the respondents 2 to 5 to take necessary action against the 6th Respondent and their henchmen for their high handed and illegal acts towards the petitioners and his family members and to provide protection from the hands of respondents No. 6 and their henchmen and pass such other

2. Heard
learned counsel for the petitioners and Sri V. Farooq, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home.
3. The learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, on instructions, submits that the disputes between the parties are purely civil in nature and the parties are called to the police station only for the purpose of counseling. He
further submits that the police are not interfering in the civil disputes between the parties.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that this Court may pass appropriate orders.
5. Recording the above submissions, the writ petition is disposed of. The petitioner is at liberty to work out his remedies before the appropriate forum in accordance with law. There shall be no order as to costs.
