The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Dasam Fall P.S. Case No. 7 of 2025, for the offences registered under Sections 115(2), 309(4) of the B.N.S., pending in the Court of Sri Abhinav, learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Ranchi. 3. On 16.02.2025, at about 05:00 P.M., two unknown persons looted the motorcycle of the informant and his companion near Panaskaam Road. 4. It was submitted that the petitioner is neither named in the F.I.R., nor he was put on T.I. Parade. It was further submitted that nothing incriminating has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. 5. In view of the submissions made above, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of Sri Abhinav, learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Ranchi in connection with Dasam Fall P.S.
