Notices sent to the respondents No.1 and 2 were returned with the endorsement ‘no such addressee’. Notice was served on the respondent No.3, but no appearance has been made. 3. At request of Sri D.Sai Ram Prasad, learned counsel representing the learned counsel for the appellants, this Court ordered notices to the appellants on 04.09.2025, but, the notices were returned unserved with endorsement ‘no such person in this door number’.
