Heard the parties.
2. The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Mandu (Kujju) P.S. Case No. 77/2025, for the offences registered under Sections 406, 420, 467, 468, 471, 34 & 120B of the I.P.C., pending in the Court of learned A.C.J.M., Ramgarh.
3. Petitioner is alleged to have taken money from the informant for providing job to his son.
4. It was submitted that parties have settled their dispute.

Learned counsel on behalf of the informant also submitted that both the parties have settled their dispute.
6. In view of the aforesaid facts, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M., Ramgarh in connection with Mandu (Kujju) P.S. Case No. 77/2025.
