Though, this M.C.C has been filed after about more than one and half year from dismissal of WPS No.5939/2021 vide order dated 09.01.2024, in non-compliance of peremptory order dated 06.12.2023, but having considered judgment rendered by the Coordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 13.12.2016 in M.C.C.
