The instant Cr. M. P. No. 2743 of 2025 has been filed on behalf of the petitioner for restoration of Criminal Revision No. 1269 of 2023, which was dismissed for default vide order dated 07.04.2025 passed by this Court due to none appearance of the petitioner. 3. It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is a poor person aged around 60 years and suffering from several old age ailments. It is submitted that the learned counsel for the petitioner shall remain careful in future and will argue the case on merit and hence, Cr. M. P. No. 2743 of 2025 may be allowed and Criminal Revision No. 1269 of 2023may be restored to its original file. 4. Learned counsel for the State raised no objection. 5.
