The State of West Bengal On perusal of the office report dated 06.03.2025, it is revealed that a typographical error has crept into the judgment dated 03.03.2025 wherein in the second line of the first paragraph Ld. Trial Judge has been mentioned as “Learned Additional Sessions Judge, 1st Court, 2nd Court, Jalpaiguri”, instead it should be read as “Learned Additional Sessions Judge, Second Court, Jalpaiguri.” The other portion of the judgment dated 03.03.2025 shall remain the same.
