This Criminal Revision Case is filed under Sections 397 and 401 of Cr.P.C. aggrieved by the order dated 06.03.2017 passed in Crl.M.P.No.590 of 2017 in P.R.C.No.26 of 2015, on the file of the Judicial I Class Magistrate, Pithapuram, East Godavari District. 2. Heard. Perused the record. 3.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the revision petition would become infructuous as proceedings in P.R.C.No.26 of 2015 were quashed as per the orders of this Court. To support the same, the petitioner has placed a copy of the order dated 19.02.2024 passed in P.R.C.No.26 of 2015 on the file of the Judicial I Class Magistrate, Pithapuram, East Godavari District.
4. In view of the above circumstances, this Court feels that the petition would become infructuous.
5. In the result, the Criminal Revision Case is dismissed as infructuous.
Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, in the Criminal Revision Case, shall stand closed.
