The petitioner has filed the instant petition under Section 482 of Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 seeking quashing of FIR No.125 dated 09.05.2009 registered under Sections 363, 366 & 120-B of Indian Penal Code, 1860 at Police Station Meham, District Rohtak and all consequential proceedings arising therefrom qua the petitioner. 2. On 07.04.2025, the following order was passed :- “Learned State counsel on instructions submits that earlier the petitioner was declared proclaimed offender on 24.08.2009 and the challan was presented on 26.11.2024 and thereafter, supplementary challan was presented on 09.12.2024. He further submits that the petitioner has neither placed on record the final report under Section 173 Cr.P.C. nor the same is under challenge in the present petition. Despite the case has been called twice, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner.
