They also seek interest. Drawing attention to order dated 15.03.2024 made by co- ordinate Bench in Writ-C no.8633 of 2024 (Amar Shahid Paramveer Chakra Jadunath Singh Jan Kalyan Sewa Sansthan and 4 others Vs. Union of India and 4 others) he submits, same direction be made in this writ petition. Mr. Srivastava submits, the writ petition be disposed of as covered by said order dated 15.03.2024 (supra) without issuance of notice against respondent nos.1 and 2 because the Central Authorities were present before co-ordinate Bench. Mr. Ambrish Shukla, learned advocate, Additional Chief Standing Counsel appears on behalf of respondent nos.3 and 4. We do see that Central Authorities were represented before co-ordinate Bench, when said order dated 15.03.2024 (supra) was passed.
