The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Chandwa P.S. Case No. 161 of 2024 corresponding to G.R. Case No. 01 of 2025, for the offences registered under Sections 64(2)(m) and 77 of the B.N.S. Act, 2023, pending in the Court of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Latehar. 3. On 26.10.2024, at about 06:00 p.m., petitioner is alleged to have caught hold of the informant and took her with him. It is alleged that previously, the petitioner had sexually abused the informant several times. 4. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner has submitted that no details regarding time and place have been given to show how she was subjected to sexual abuse. 5. Ms. Lily Sahay, learned A.P.P. has opposed the prayer for bail. 6. Considering the nature of allegation, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Latehar in connection with learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Latehar.
