Page No.# 2/3 Heard Mr. T.T. Tara, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. N. Lowang, learned senior Govt. advocate appearing for respondent no.2. None appears on call for respondent no. 1 and 3. 2. The petitioner claims that two similarly situated persons’ case was considered by the Deputy Commissioner, East Siang District, Pasighat for approval of land allotment. However, despite application made by the petitioner and representation dated 09.10.2024 submitted by the petitioner, the petitioner’s application for land allotment has not been considered by the said authority. Accordingly, the present writ petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India. 3. The learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned Senior Govt. advocate has submitted that ends of justice would be met to direct the Deputy Commissioner, East Siang District, Pasighat to dispose of the representation of the petitioner dated 09.10.2024 (Annexure-9). 4. In view of above, the Court is inclined to dispose of the writ petition at the motion stage without issuance of notice on the respondents by directing the petitioner to submit a certified copy of this order together with the copy of this writ petition to the Deputy Commissioner, East Siang District, Pasighat and the said authority is directed to dispose of the representation of the petitioner dated 09.10.2024 (Annexure-9) to this writ petition preferably within a period of 1(one) month from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order. 5.

The petitioner shall also provide his e-mail address while serving the certified copy of this order together with copy of the writ petition to the office of the Deputy Commissioner, East Siang District, Pasighat so as to enable the said authority to communicate the order to the petitioner at the said e-mail address.
