The petitioner has preferred the present writ petition inter-alias with the prayer to direct the Respondent No. 3 namely District Magistrate, Noida (Gautam Budh Nagar) to comply with the order dated 11.03.2011 passed by the Assistant Labour Commissioner (Noida), District Gautam Budh Nagar under Section 6 H(1) of U.P. Industrial Dispute Act, 1947. 2. Today when the matter is taken up, Shri Jitendra Kumar Mishra, learned counsel appearing on behalf of petitioner filed an application for withdrawal of the writ petition, supported by an affidavit, the same is sworn by the petitioner. It is stated in the aforesaid application that during the pendency of the writ petition the Respondent No. 3 has paid amount of Rs.19,00,000/- (Rupees Nineteen Lacs Only) as full and final payment to the petitioner. 3. In this view of the matter, it is argued that the petitioner does not want to press the present writ petition and he want to withdraw the writ petition. 4. Accordingly, the withdrawal application is allowed. Order on Writ Petition:- Since the withdrawal application has been allowed, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
