The present petition has been filed by the petitioners with the following prayer: “It is, therefore, most respectfully prayed that this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to allow this application and to quash the first information report bearing FIR No.392/2022 registered at Police Station Katghora, District Korba Chhattisgarh for offence under Section 294, 34 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code against the petitioners at the instance of complainant Virendra Kumar Mishra, in the interest of justice.” 2. Mr. Bhuvneshwar Singh Rajput, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that in the present case, investigation has been concluded and charge-sheet has been submitted in the Court concerned on 02.12.2023. 3. Mr. Shailendra Shrama, learned Panel Lawyer appearing for the respondent No.1/State also endorses the said submission made by the 3 learned counsel for the petitioner that the charge-sheet has been filed on 02.12.2023. 4.
