1. At the outset, learned State counsel, on instructions from Amandeep Singh, Clerk, submits that in fact in the year 2016, the seniority was revised and the seniority of the appellant has been refixed and he has been shown senior to his juniors.
2. In view of the statement given by learned State counsel, learned counsel for the appellant submits that the present appeal may be disposed of as having been rendered infructuous. However, he submits that if any cause still survives, liberty may be granted to the appellant to file an application for revival of the instant appeal.
3. In view of the above, present appeal is disposed of as having been rendered infructuous with the liberty as prayed for.
4. Pending application(s), if any, also stand(s) disposed of.
