By way of this petition, petitioner sought following relief(s) : VASANT KUMAR Digitally signed by VASANT KUMAR Date: 2025.09.01 18:52:35 +0530 2 “10.1 That, this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to issue appropriate writ, order as to direct the respondent No.4/Tahsildar to comply the order dated 09.01.2023 (Annexure P-4) passed by respondent No.2. 10.2 That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the respondent No.4 to correct the complete revenue maps as per the order dated 09-01-2023 within stipulated time period. 10.3 Any appropriate writ, direction or order may also kindly be passed in favour of the petitioners, which this Hon'ble Court deems fit in the circumstances of the case.” 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner contended that the petitioner is not challenging any particular order, but seeking direction as to direct the respondent No.4/Tahsildar to comply the order dated 09.01.2023 (Annexure P-4) passed by the No.2/Collector. The petitioner also seeks direction to direct the respondent No.4 to correct the complete revenue maps as per the order dated 09-01-2023 within stipulated time period. 3. Learned State counsel contended that the concerned authority is ready to consider and decide the representation/application made by the petitioner as per law. 4. I have heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the documents with utmost circumspection. 5. Considering the facts of the case and submission made by counsel for the respective parties, this writ petition is disposed of directing to respondent No.2 – Collector, Kondagaon, District Kondagaon (C.G.) to 3 consider and decide application made by the petitioner dated 27.05.2025 (Annexure P-6) and it is also directed to respondent No.4 – Tahsildar, Kondagaon, District Kondagaon (C.G.) to consider and decide application dated 10.01.2023 (Annexure P-5) as expeditiously as possible, in accordance with rules, regulations and law. 6.
