Cooperative Societies Act and Primary Agricultural Credit Society (PACS) guidelines and unconstitutional and consequently direct the official respondents not to release retirement benefits of the party respondent No.4 pending disciplinary proceedings. Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Writ Petition and he addressed a letter dated 17.11.2025 to the Registry to that effect. 2. Permission is granted. 3.
