Sri. Gowthamdev C Ullal, learned counsel is directed to take notice for the respondent.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and
learned counsel for the respondent.
3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has submitted multiple representations dated 25.03.2024 (Annexure-D), 19.06.2024 (Annexure- E) and 11.09.2024 (Annexure-F) requesting respondent-BDA to regularize the schedule property by executing the sale deed in favour of the petitioner in terms of the recommendation of the Hon’ble Justice Sri. D.V.Shylendra Kumar Inquiry Committee Report. It is his grievance that, despite such representations, no orders have been passed by the respondent-BDA.

4. Learned counsel for the respondent-BDA submits that the petitioner's representations will be considered in accordance with law, within a time bound manner.
5. In view of the submission made, without expressing any opinion on the merits or demerits of the petitioner's claim, the grievance of the petitioner would stand redressed, if necessary direction is issued to the respondent-BDA to consider the representation and accordingly, this Court pass the following:
ORDER i) The writ petition is disposed of. ii) The respondent-BDA is directed to consider the petitioner's representations dated 25.03.2024 (Annexure-D), 19.06.2024 (Annexure-E) and 11.09.2024 (Annexure-F), bearing in mind Justice Sri. D.V.Shylendra Kumar Inquiry Committee report dated 02.02.2021 and to

pass appropriate order in accordance with law, within a period of eight(8) weeks from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this
order.
