JUSTICE K.S.MUDAGAL) This complaint is filed alleging willful disobedience of the order of the learned Single Judge in Writ Petition No.18064/2021(KLR-RR/SUR) dated 04.10.2021. By the said order, learned Single Judge had directed the accused to consider the representation of the complainant to enter her name in revenue records for the land bearing Sy.No.20/1, measuring 02 acres, situate in Madagonahalli Village, Kunigal Taluk, Tumakuru District, within two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the said order. 2. The compliance affidavit of the accused and Annexure R-1 to the same show that, considering the representation, on - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC:26608-DB CCC No. 580/2022 08.08.2022, he has issued an endorsement to the complainant, rejecting her claim to enter her name in the record of rights. 3. Under the circumstances, reserving liberty to the complainant to question the above said endorsement dated 08.08.2022, the contempt proceedings are dropped.
