GP FOR PANCHAYAT RAJ RURAL DEV (AP) The Court made the following order: The short grievance of the petitioners is that the 4th respondent issued a resolution No.111 of 2023 dated 08.12.2023 permitting the erection of statue in R.S.No.127-1 right infront of the Thota Radha Krishna Murthy shop at Nagayalanka village and mandal, Krishna District thereby affecting the petitioners rights to continue free and fair trade. 2. Sri Y.Koteswara Rao, learned standing counsel and Sri Bala Krishna, learned Assistant Government Pleader in one voice submitted that there is no statue erected in the subject place as alleged by the petitioner and prayed to close the writ petition. 3. Sri Ganesh, learned counsel representing learned counsel for the petitioner prayed to close the writ petition by recording the above submission. 4. In view of the submission made by the learned standing counsel that there was no statue erected in the subject place as alleged by the petitioner, there remains nothing for adjudication and the writ petition is liable to be closed. Accordingly, the writ petition is closed. However, if the petitioners feels that the cause still survives, they are at liberty to file appropriate application within two(02) months. No costs.
