The case of the review petitioner is that he filed a counter affidavit in the Transfer Petition on 01.02.2024, wherein in paragraph 7, it was stated that “the mother of the respondent has some neurological disorders and therefore, the respondent's parents cannot be left alone for a long while and has to be given utmost care”. But in paragraph 3 of the judgment dated 06.12.2024, it is wrongly stated that “the petitioner is living with her old aged widowed mother and the mother is having neurological disorder”. This is an error apparent on the face of the record. Therefore, the 4 th sentence of paragraph 3 in page no.4, is corrected as follows: RP 314/2025 -3- 2025:KER:28746 “The respondent is living with his mother who is having neurological disorder”. The Review Petition is allowed as above.
