In pursuance to the earlier order, the Mediator has filed his report dated 17.07.2026. From the perusal of the same, it is evident that the Mediator has successfully convinced the petitioner and respondent No.5. They have started living together and, therefore, the dispute with respect to the custody of the son, has also been resolved.

Apart from the aforesaid, other five litigations will also be settled and the necessary statements would be made

-2- in the Courts concerned and the parties accordingly undertake that they will adhere to the terms of the settlement.

We express, our gratitude to the Mr. G.D. Verma, Senior Advocate (Mediator), who has not only resolved one dispute, but in total five matters, which will save the valuable time of the Courts and also because of the fact that both the parties would be able to carry on their life further peacefully without any acrimony.

In view of the aforesaid facts and attending circumstances, the present petition has become infructuous. Accordingly, the present petition stands disposed of, so also the pending miscellaneous application(s), if any.
