Petitioner claims that a complaint has been filed before the second respondent for redressal of his grievance on 17.12.2024 but neither any case number is allotted to it nor the complaint has been addressed. Sri Ankit Tiwari, learned counsel for the respondent states that an appropriate decision would be taken in that regard if the complaint has not been considered so far. In the facts of the case, we permit the petitioner to approach the second respondent annexing copy of the complaint which allegedly has been submitted by the petitioner on 17.12.2024 together with the certified copy of this order within two weeks from today. Second respondent shall ensure that an appropriate decision on such complaint be taken, within a further period of two weeks. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of.
