“(i) That, this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to quash the impugned show cause notice dated 08.08.2025 (Annexure P-1) which is arising out of the
order dated 31.07.2025 (Annexure P-2) passed by the respondent authorities, in the interest of justice. (ii) That, this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the respondent authorities to consider the authentic turnover certificate 24.07.2025 at the earliest, in the interest of justice. (iii) Any other relief which may be suitable in the facts and circumstances of the case, may also be granted.”
2. None appears nor any representation is made on behalf of the petitioner to press this petition on repeated calls.
