Petitioner has assailed order dated 22.08.2024 passed by the revisional court challenging orders dated 03.07.2024 and 30.07.2024 in MR Execution Case No. 28 of 2017. 2. The execution case was filed against the petitioner for realization of outstanding maintenance dues to the tune Rs.73,600/-. Learned Magistrate directed the petitioner to pay Rs.30.600/- on 30.07.2024 failing which warrant of arrested was directed to be issued. This order was assailed in revisional jurisdiction and the revisional court by impugned order dated 22.08.2024 directed suspension of the warrant of arrest upon payment of Rs.10,000/-. The said order has been challenged in the revisional proceeding. 3. Nobody appears for the petitioner. 4. We are of the view the discretion exercised by the revisional court is most generous and further concession need not be extended to the petitioner. 5. With this observation, application being CRR 3942 of 2024 is dismissed. (Joymalya Bagchi, J.)
