GP FOR SERVICES II The Court made the following: 2 THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE NYAPATHY VIJAY WRIT PETITION NO: 29860 OF 2025 O R D E R:- This Writ Petition is filed questioning the Proceedings dated 15.10.2025 issued vide Rc.No.991/B1/2023 by the Respondent No.4 repatriating the Petitioner to ZPHS, Kollamadugu, Santhipuram Mandal, as illegal and arbitrary. 2. The grievance of the Petitioner is that vide Proceedings in Rc.No.30/73/2025-A&I-CSE, dated 05.03.2025, the Petitioner has been accorded permission to attend ‘Other Duty’ facility as he is one of the Office Bearers of the Andhra Pradesh Upadhyaya Sangham(APUS). 3. Learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that the school to which the Petitioner was repatriated pursuant to the impugned Order i.e., ZPHS Kollamadugu, Santhipuram Mandal, has only one post of School Assistant (Physical Science). He further submits that the ‘OD’ sanctioned by the Director of School Education, Andhra Pradesh, Mangalagiri, would not be of any help since the Petitioner was compelled to attend to the school duties since there is only one School Assistant (Physical Science) in that place. Thereupon, the Petitioner has submitted Representations on 01.10.2025 and 08.10.2025. 3 4. Sri Challa Srinivasulu, learned Government Pleader, would submit that the case of the Petitioner would be considered taking note of the ‘OD’ sanctioned by the Director of School Education, Mangalagiri, vide Proceedings dated 05-03-2025. 5. Considering the submissions made, the Writ Petition is disposed of with the folliwing directions: i) the Respondent Authorities are directed to consider the Representations of the Petitioner for posting him in any other school otherthan the school mentioned in the impugned proceedings taking note of the ‘OD” sanctioned by the Director of School Education, Mangalagiri, dated 05.03.2025, within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this Order. ii) Until such time, the Petitioner shall not be relieved from the present post. iii) There shall be no order as to costs.
