2. In the present writ petition, the petitioner has
Patna High Court CWJC No.20888 of 2013(6) dt.26-06-2025 2/2 prayed for grant of following relief :-
“1. That this application is being filed for a direction to the Learned Permanent Lok Adalat, Sasaram, Rohtas in Connection with the Lok Adalat Case no. 383 D/2012 for making correction or expunging the interpolation made in the joint compromise application regarding the partition of the ancestral and purchased properties which term as the part of the award dt.29.01.13 passed in the aforesaid case and/or for quashing the
order/award dt. 29.01.13 passed by the learned Permanent Lok Adalat, Sasaram in Lok Adalat Case no. 383 (D)/2012 (as contained in Annexure- 5 of this application) whereby and whereunder the award in connection with partition of properties in question as per the compromise application has been passed without looking into the application in which fundamental amendment has been made which is not in accordance with the consent of the petitioner or his
learned Counsel.”
3. Learned senior counsel appearing appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that he want to withdraw the present writ application with liberty to approach appropriate forum/Civil Court for redressal of his grievance.
4. As prayed for by learned counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner is permitted to withdraw the present writ application with liberty to approach appropriate forum /Civil Court .
5. This writ application is dismissed as withdrawn with aforesaid liberty granted to the petitioner.
