Mishra, A.P.P. 02/ 04.12.2025: Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State. 2. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Pithoria P.S. Case No. 109 of 2023, registered under sections 419, 420, 467, 468, 471, 474, 427, 452, 506, 120B of the I.P.C pending in the Court of learned Judicial Magistrate, Ranchi. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that allegations are made that brother of the informant has sold the land to the co-accused persons and petitioner is only witness of the sale deed. He further submits that co-accused persons have been granted anticipatory bail in A.B.A. Nos. 5060/2024, A.B.A. No. 5277 of 2024, A.B.A. No. 861/2025, A.B.A. No. 4201/2025 and A.B.A. No. 5371 of 2025. On these grounds, he submits that the petitioner may kindly be provided privilege of anticipatory bail. 4. Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer and submits that petitioner is witness of the sale deed. 5. Considering that petitioner is the witness of the sale deed and co-accused persons have been granted anticipatory bail in the aforesaid A.B.As, I am inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the above named, petitioner is directed to surrender before the learned ( 2025:JHHC:36386 ) court within three weeks from today and in the event of his surrender / arrest, the petitioner shall be released on bail, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 25,000/- (twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, Ranchi, in connection with Pithoria P.S. Case No. 109 of 2023, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 482 (2) of B.N.S.S, 2023. Dt.04.12.2025 ( Sanjay Kumar Dwivedi, J.) satyarthi-
