The present contempt application has been filed pleading willful disobedience of the order dated 22.11.2024 passed by this Court in Writ-A No. 17859 of 2024. In pursuance to the previous order passed by this Court, Sri Vivek Kumar Singh, learned counsel for opposite party nos. 1 to 3 has filed a compliance affidavit of the opposite party nos. 1 to 3 disclosing that through order dated 17.05.2025, services of applicant has been terminated, which is not objected by Sri Palash Tripathi, advocate holding brief of Sri Siddharth Khare, learned counsel for the applicant. The order has also been annexed with the compliance affidavit. The said compliance affidavit is taken on record. As the order passed by the writ Court has been complied by the opposite party, no further orders are required to be passed. The contempt application is disposed of. Notices are discharged. Let the file be consigned to record. The applicant has the remedy to challenge the order dated 17.05.2025 passed by the opposite party before appropriate forum on merits.
