Singh, Harsh Chandra, Shashank Kumar, Advocates --- 10 / 14.02.2025 This appeal is directed against the order dated 30.11.2023 passed by Sri Asif Equbal, learned A.J.C.-IV-cum-Spl. Judge (POCSO), Ranchi in Misc. Cr. Application No. 3415 of 2023 in Children Case No. 02 of 2023 arising out of Sukhdeonagar (Pandra) P.S. Case No. 263 of 2022, whereby and wherein, the learned A.J.C.-IV-cum-Spl. Judge (POCSO), at Ranchi dismissed the bail application of the appellant. 2. On 18.06.2022, niece of the Informant was found dead while nephew and sister of the Informant were found in injured condition. It appears that the appellant was having affairs with the niece of the Informant. During the course of investigation, appellant was apprehended and on his confessional statement, his bloodstained clothes were recovered. It further appears that the statement of one Kamlesh Navratna, friend of the appellant was recorded under section 164 of the Cr. P.C. in which he has stated that in the night of the occurrence, appellant had gone to the house of the niece of the Informant. In the next morning, he was found in very nervous condition and bloodstains were also found on his body and he had also sustained injury. 3. Learned counsel for the appellant submitted that the trial of this court is underway before the Children Court, Ranchi and the appellant is aged more than 16 years. 2. 4. Considering the nature of allegation, I am not inclined to enlarge the appellant on bail. Accordingly, his prayer for bail stands rejected. Learned Trial Court shall take all possible steps to dispose of the trial as expeditiously as possible. 5. Accordingly, this appeal is dismissed and the order dated 30.11.2023 passed by Sri Asif Equbal, learned A.J.C.-IV-cum-Spl. Judge (POCSO), Ranchi in Misc. Cr. Application No. 3415 of 2023 in Children Case No. 02 of 2023 arising out of Sukhdeonagar (Pandra) P.S. Case No. 263 of 2022, is affirmed. (Ambuj Nath, J) Ranjeet/ Uploaded
