The present writ petition has been filed seeking quashing of the following communications issued by the respondent to the petitioner:- i. Demand Notice dated 23rd May, 2025 along with letter dated 11th September, 2025; ii. Letter dated 17th July, 2025, asking for security deposit; and iii. Demand Letter dated 10th November, 2025. 2. It is the contention of the petitioner that the petitioner has paid excess amounts to the respondent, for which the petitioner is entitled to a refund. 3. Having heard the counsel for the parties, it is deemed appropriate that the present writ petition be treated as a representation by the petitioner to the respondent. This is a digitally signed order. Based on the personal hearing, the respondent shall pass a Speaking Order, determining the outstanding dues, if any, of the petitioner. 7. A copy of the Speaking Order shall be provided to the petitioner. 8. The writ petition stands disposed of in the aforesaid terms.
