It is the contention of the petitioner that he had filed Form No.53 on 28.01.1999, seeking regularization of unauthorized occupation of 1 acre of land in Sy.No.4 of Kamaluru Village, Tubagere Hobli, Doddabalapura Taluk and the Bhagar Hukkkum Cultivation Regularisation Committee passed an order on 02.02.2012 granting lands in his favour. The petitioner is seeking a writ of mandamus directing the respondent No.2-Tahsildar to consider the representation for issuance of saguvali chit within a time frame. 3. Learned High Court Government Pleader submits that respondent No.2-Tahsildar, shall verify from records as to whether such an application has been filed by the petitioner - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC:32650 WP No. 36428 of 2024 and if so, the application will be considered and disposed of within a time frame fixed by this Court. 4. Consequently, the writ petition stands disposed of with a direction to respondent No.2–Tahasildar, Doddaballapur Taluk to consider the representation given by the petitioner at Annexure-E dated 15.06.2024, verify the records and find out whether Sri.M.Chethan Kumar S/o. A.C.Munikrishnappa was indeed granted the land. If it is found that the Committee had in fact regularised the land in favour of Sri.M.Chethan Kumar, the Tahasildar shall proceed to pass necessary orders in accordance with law, issuing Saguvali chit and enter his name in the land records pursuant to the issuance of the Saguvali chit. The entire exercise shall be completed as expeditiously as possible and at any rate within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 5.
