Aggrieved by the same, the present appeal was preferred by the appellant/respondent. 2. There is no representation for the appellant. Sri L.Chandra Obul Reddy, learned counsel appearing on behalf of Sri Inakollu Venkateswarlu, learned counsel for the respondent, submits that the minor child has attained majority during the pendency of the appeal. 3.
