Learned counsel for the applicant submits that in paragraph No. 4 of the present bail application, it has been stated that the applicant has no criminal antecedent. However, in paragraph No. 6.2, the applicant has mentioned his criminal antecedent. Both paragraphs are self-contradictory. In light of this, learned counsel prays that he may be permitted to withdraw the present bail application with liberty to file a fresh and better constituted bail application. 3. Learned counsel for the other side has no objection. 4. In view of the above, this bail application is dismissed as withdrawn with a liberty to file afresh. 5.
