The petitioner through instant petition under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India is seeking direction to respondent No.2- Director General of Police, Haryana to decide his revision petition which is pending before him.

The petitioner claims that he was awarded punishment of stoppage of three annual increments by jurisdictional Senior Superintendent of Police. He unsuccessfully preferred appeal before Appellate Authority. He has further filed revision petition before respondent No.2- Director General of Police, Haryana. A period of almost one year has passed away but respondent No.2 is not adjudicating his revision petition.
