ORDER:
This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for:
“.... a Writ of Mandamus declaring the interference of the Respondent No.4 in civil dispute between the petitioner and Respondent No.5 regarding the

Registered Partition Deed dated 03.03.2021 vide Document No.4078 of 2021 and insisting the petitioner presence in Police Station as illegal and arbitrary and in violation of Article 21 of Constitution of India and consequently direct the respondents to not to interfere with the civil dispute between petitioner and Respondent No.5 regarding the Registered Partition Deed dated 03.03.2021 vide Document No.4078 of 2021.”
2. Sri K.Sakthi Niranjan Guptha, learned counsel for the Petitioner would submit that a direction may be given to the Police not to interfere with the civil disputes between the Petitioner and Respondent No.5.
3. Sri V.Farooq, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, would submit that the Police are not calling the Petitioner to the Police Station, no crime has been registered against the Petitioner and the Police are also not interfering in the civil disputes between the Petitioner and Respondent No.5.
4. In that view, the Writ Petition is disposed of. However, Police are
directed not to interfere in the civil disputes between the Petitioner and Respondent No.5. There shall be no order as to costs.
