Case No. 20 of 2024, corresponding to G.R. Case No.105 of 2025, S.T. Case No.54 of 2025, for the offence under Sections 103(1) & 238/3(5) of B.N.S., 2023, pending in the court of Sri Rasikesh Kumar, learned Principle District and Sessions Judge, Khunti. On 01.10.2024, dead body of an unknown person was recovered from a place near the village Rutadih. It was submitted that apart from suspicion, there is no other material against the petitioner on record. Learned A.P.P on behalf of the State has opposed the prayer for bail and submitted that during course of investigation, it has transpired that the petitioner was constantly talking to the deceased on a mobile phone. Considering the nature of allegation, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of Sri Rasikesh Kumar, learned Principle District and Sessions Judge, Khunti, in connection with Saiko P.S.
