In this criminal misc. application under Section 482 Cr.P.C., applicant has sought quashing of order dated 19.12.2014 passed by learned IInd Additional Sessions Judge, Dehradun in Criminal Revision No.191 of 2014, by restoring the order dated 13.05.2014 passed by Judicial Magistrate IIIrd, Dehradun. 3. Earlier a complaint was lodged by the applicant against the respondents. Thereafter, cognizance was taken by the Magistrate and the summoning order was issued against the respondent nos.2 & 3 for facing trial under Section 323, 504, 506 & 420 I.P.C. According to the applicant, against the summoning order dated 13.05.2014, respondent nos.2 & 3 filed Criminal Revision No.191 of 2014. The said Criminal Revision has been dismissed by learned IInd Additional Sessions Judge, Dehradun vide order dated 19.12.2014 and the summoning order dated 13.05.2014 has been set aside. Hence, this criminal misc. application. 2025:UHC:5103 4. Perusal of the impugned order passed by learned Revisional Court reveals that he has considered & discussed all relevant aspects. Learned Revisional Court was thus justified in allowing the Revision Petition. 5. Accordingly, the criminal misc. application fails and is dismissed.
