The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Satgawan P.S. Case No. 99 of 2025, for the offences registered under Sections 274, 275, 3(5) of the B.N.S. and Section 47(a) of the Jharkhand Excise Act, pending in the Court of Miss Jyotsana Pandey, learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Koderma. 3. On 29.09.2025, at about 02:45 P.M., Satgawan Police, on the basis of confidential information intercepted two motorcycles near Model Degree College, Naraydih. On search, four cartoons of English liquor were recovered from one of the motorcycles. 4. It was submitted that the petitioner was not driving the motorcycle, from which contraband was recovered. It was further submitted that the petitioner has become victim of circumstances. It was finally submitted that the charge sheet has been submitted in this case. 5. In view of the submissions made above, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of Miss Jyotsana Pandey, learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Koderma in connection with Satgawan P.S.
