The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Deoghar (Cyber) P.S. Case No. 139 of 2024, for the offences registered under Sections 319(2), 318(4), 338, 336(3), 340(2) & 61 of the B.N.S., 2023 and Sections 66B, 66C, 66D & 84C of the I.T. Act, pending in the Court of learned Additional Sessions Judge-II-cum-Special Judge, Deoghar. 3. On 25.12.2025, Cyber Police, Deoghar, on the basis of confidential information that cyber criminals have assembled near Turi Pahari, raided the place of occurrence and apprehended this petitioner alongwith co-accused persons. On search, two mobile phones were recovered from the possession of the petitioner. 4. It was submitted that the petitioner is in custody since 25.12.2024. 5. Considering the period of custody, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-II-cum-Special Judge, Deoghar in connection with Deoghar (Cyber) P.S.
