Sri R.Mallikarjuna Rao, Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home on written instructions would submit that the respondent No.5 is no more and died on 01.12.2021. Copy of death certificate enclosed to the written instructions submitted to the Court. 3. Learned AGP for Home would further submit that the writ petitioners presented a report to the Superintendent of Police, Guntur District, which was forwarded to the concerned Station House Officer, Kothapet Police Station. Thereupon, the Station House Officer. Kothapet P.S. conducted a detailed enquiry about the allegations in the report, and recorded statements of witnesses and ultimately, enquiry would reveal that the allegations in the report are not true and correct and therefore, no action was taken on the said report, and accordingly, written instructions were filed long ago on 04.09.2019. 4. In the light of the submissions made by learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, learned counsel for the writ petitioners 4 requested to give opportunity to approach the concerned Magistrate for necessary redressal in accordance with law. 5. Recording the above submissions, the writ petition be disposed of without going into the merits of the case, giving liberty to the writ petitioners to approach the proper forum for necessary redressal in accordance with law. 6. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
